Are your perfumes authentic?
Yes. Every bottle we sell is 100% authentic and arrives factory-sealed. We record the batch code of every bottle we ship, so each order can be traced.
Do you sell testers, decants, or opened bottles?
We sell sealed bottles only. A few items are sealed tester boxes; these are always labeled “Tester box” in the catalog.
How do I order?
Add items to your Order List, tap “Send order via chat,” then paste the message into our Facebook Messenger or TikTok inbox. We will confirm availability, shipping fee, and payment in the chat.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery (COD), GCash, bank transfer, and layaway.
How does cash on delivery work?
COD is available nationwide via LBC. A ₱1,000 commitment deposit is required to confirm a COD order; it is deducted from your total.
How does layaway work?
A downpayment reserves your item. We ship once the balance is fully paid.
How much is shipping, and how long does it take?
Shipping is paid by the buyer for all payment methods. Metro Manila orders can be sent same-day by rider; provincial orders ship via LBC or J&T.
Is gift packaging included?
Yes, at no extra cost. Every order comes in our paper bag, every full-size bottle comes with a dust bag, and orders of ₱15,000 and up include a travel atomizer.
Can I reserve an item that is sold out?
Tap “Notify me on restock” on the product and send us the message. We will reach out when it is back. Members of our Facebook group also get access to pre-order drops.
Do you have a reseller program?
Yes. We offer tiered reseller pricing. Message us on Facebook for details.
Returns & refunds
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or is not the item you ordered, message us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include an unboxing video that starts from the sealed parcel. Once verified, we will replace the item or issue a full refund.
What we cannot accept
- Change of mind or scent preference
- Opened, sprayed, or used bottles
- Differences in longevity or projection, which vary with skin, climate, and formulation updates
- Claims reported after 48 hours from delivery
Authenticity concerns
Every bottle is sealed and authentic, and we log its batch code before shipping. If you have a concern, message us and we will share the batch record for your bottle.
Lost or delayed parcels
If a parcel is lost in transit, we will file the claim with the courier and keep you updated. Once the courier approves the claim, we will send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Cancellations and deposits
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. The COD deposit and layaway downpayments are non-refundable, as they secure your order and reserve the stock for you.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are sent through the original payment method within 3 business days.

What this website collects
If you choose Accept, we use Google Analytics 4 to collect usage information: pages and products viewed, searches typed in the search bar, buttons tapped, the site that referred you (for example Facebook or TikTok), your approximate city or country, and your device and browser type. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to recognise repeat visits.
What it does not collect
This website has no login and no forms. Your order list stays on your own device until you copy it. Your name, address, phone number, and order details are only shared with us when you send them in Messenger or TikTok, and are handled there.
Why we use it
To understand which fragrances and brands people look for, which channels bring visitors, and how to improve the price list. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell any data.

Eau Boutique is run by a husband-and-wife team in Metro Manila. We started with a small batch of mini perfumes and grew one sealed bottle at a time, through referrals and repeat customers.
We keep it simple. We sell authentic, factory-sealed fragrances, we log the batch code of every bottle we ship, and we answer every message ourselves.
